To be booked in for an intensive course you must have both the plastic and paper parts of your provisional licence and also a valid theory pass certificate, otherwise we cannot book your test.

It is your responsibility to make sure you can read a number plate at the required distance (20.5mtrs/67feet). If in doubt check with an optician prior to your course. If you need glasses be sure to bring them with you.

A deposit of £100-00 is required to be paid in advance and is non-refundable. The balance is due 14 days prior to your course start date

In the event of illness of your instructor, we will do our utmost to replace him or re-schedule your course. If this is un-acceptable then both your deposit and balance will be returned to you. The school cannot however, be held responsible if an examiner falls ill or bad weather prevents the test from going ahead. If this does happen, then a new test date will be arranged as soon as possible.

In the event of mechanical breakdown, we will make every possible effort to replace the car or arrange alternative tuition

You must reach a safe and competent standard to sit the driving test. If in the rare event you do not sit the test due to not reaching the required standard no refunds will be given. It is our aim to get you to pass your test on your first visit to Winstone’s School of Motoring.
